Every pin opens a tooltip
Hover or click any comparable on the map and the popup shows you the address, the rent, the bed/bath count, the condition rating, and a direct link back into the parent estimate. No tab-switching, no hunting through the comp library.
The subject property gets its own purple star pin so you can spot it instantly, even when twenty comps are clustered around it.
Two ways to color the pins
Toggle between property mode (each property gets its own color) and rent mode (a green-to-red heat gradient). Same map, two completely different stories.
By Property
Each property gets a unique pin color. Useful when you have multiple properties on screen and want to see which comps belong to which.
By Rent (Heatmap)
A green-to-red gradient based on each comp's rent. Spot rent gradients across blocks at a glance — the cheap pockets and the premium pockets.

Narrow by property and by rent range without leaving the map. The visible count updates as you go.

Type a min and a max rent to hide comps outside the band you care about.
Auto-clustering
When pins overlap, the map collapses them into a numbered cluster you can click to zoom in.
Any comp without a geocodable address shows up in a "Not Mapped" list directly below the map — same data, just no pin. Add a street address later and it joins the map automatically.
