Override Any Editable Cell

The override table shows all 480 months (40 years), 12 at a time. Navigate between years and click any editable cell to set your own value.

Click to Override

Click any editable cell to enter a custom value. Press Enter to save or Escape to cancel. The cell highlights amber to show it's been overridden.

Cascade Forward

When you override Month 27's rent, that new value cascades forward to all subsequent months. No need to change each one individually. The override becomes the new base value going forward.

Downstream Recalculation

Computed fields (marked with an indigo left border) recalculate automatically. Change rent in Month 27, and NOI, cash flow, RIDQ™, and every other downstream metric updates instantly.

Clear to Reset

Clear any overridden cell to revert it (and all cascaded months after it) back to the original calculated value.
