Upcoming Replacements

Urgency-sorted cards flag what is overdue, due soon, upcoming, or long-term so you can prioritize repair budgets at a glance.

How Upcoming Replacements Works

Every component is plotted onto an urgency dashboard with color-coded cards. Overdue items appear first, followed by due-soon, upcoming, and long-term items. Each card shows lifespan progress, projected replacement year, and inflation-adjusted cost at that year.

  • Four-color urgency system: red (overdue/due soon), amber (upcoming), blue (plan ahead), green (long-term)
  • Sorted by overdue first — at-a-glance triage
  • Per-card lifespan progress bar, year remaining, and inflation-adjusted replacement cost
  • Warranty shield icon shows coverage status without leaving the card

Why This Matters

Year-by-year tables are great for accountants but useless during a maintenance walkthrough. Upcoming Replacements gives you a one-screen prioritized view of what to budget for — and what to fix next.

  • Triage repair budgets by urgency, not spreadsheet order
  • Catch overdue components before they fail catastrophically
  • Plan multi-year capital improvements around the urgency map
