Your Digital Business Card

Create a branded profile that appears inside every app you sponsor. Your business name, photo, contact info, and credentials — right where your clients are doing their analysis.

What Clients See

When a client opens an app you sponsor, your business profile appears as a branded card at the top of their view. Here’s exactly what it looks like.

Sponsored Access Saving you $199/mo

Profile Editor

Six fields plus an optional photo — everything your clients need to know about your business.

Business Name

Your company or DBA name. This appears as the card title. Required field — the profile won’t submit without it.

Example: Summit Real Estate Group

Tagline

A short one-liner that appears below your business name. Think of it as your elevator pitch in 100 characters or less.

Example: Your trusted partner for investment analysis

Description

A longer description of your business (up to 500 characters). Displayed in italics. Tell clients about your specialties and experience.

Example: We specialize in multi-family properties...

License Info

Your real estate license number or professional credentials. Displayed with a shield icon for trust and credibility.

Example: CO-REC-2024-1847

Contact Info

Phone number, email address, and website URL. Each appears as a clickable link. Only filled-in fields are shown on the card.

Example: (303) 555-0142

Profile Photo

Upload a headshot or company logo. Displayed as a 56x56px circle. If no photo is uploaded, a building icon placeholder appears.

Example: JPG, PNG, or GIF (max 2MB)

Live preview: The profile editor includes a real-time preview panel. As you type in each field, the sponsor card updates instantly so you can see exactly how it will appear to clients.

Admin Approval Workflow

Every profile submission goes through a quality review to ensure clients see professional, accurate information.

Submit

You fill out your profile and click Submit. The profile enters a “pending” state.

Review

An admin reviews your submission. They see a diff of any changes from the previous version.

Approve

If approved, the profile goes live immediately. Your card appears to all sponsored clients.

Reject

If rejected, you receive specific feedback on what to change. Update and resubmit.

Rejection Feedback

If your profile is rejected, the admin provides specific, actionable feedback. The rejection notice appears as a banner on your dashboard with a checklist of items to address.

Profile Needs Changes
  • Business name appears to be a personal name
  • Description contains promotional language

Field-Level Diff

When you update an already-approved profile, the admin sees a side-by-side diff highlighting exactly which fields changed. This speeds up the review process for minor updates.

Profile Versioning

Every approved profile is saved as a version. When you submit an update and it gets approved, the old version is moved to “replaced” status but never deleted. You can switch back to any previously approved version at any time.

This is especially useful for seasonal campaigns or different marketing messages. Create a version for each scenario, get them approved once, then switch between them without waiting for another review.

Per-App Customization

If you sponsor multiple apps, you can create a different profile for each one. A lender might emphasize mortgage pre-qualification on the Rental Property Calculator but highlight portfolio analytics on the Portfolio Manager. Each profile is reviewed and approved independently.

Tip: Even if you use the same business name across apps, consider tailoring your tagline and description to match the specific value you bring to clients using each tool.
