Group performance by user-defined portfolio or by ownership entity for partner-grade reporting.

How the Rollups Work

The Portfolio tab groups properties by your user-defined portfolios (powered by the Portfolio app). The Entity tab groups by ownership entity (powered by Asset Protection Checklists). Both tabs show a KPI strip — property count, T12 NOI, current NOI, current cash flow — plus a per-group table.

  • Portfolio rollup gated with PRO pill if Portfolio app not owned
  • Entity rollup gated with PRO pill if Asset Protection Checklists not owned
  • T12 NOI pushes into Portfolio Net Worth as a property metric
  • Current NOI + cap rate flow into Should I Sell My Rental as actuals
  • Lease expiry banner counts across the rollup, not just one property
