How do clients get access?

You share your referral link. When a client clicks it and creates an account (or logs into an existing account), they are automatically granted free access to that app. The referral is tracked via a 30-day cookie, so they don't need to click the link and sign up in the same session.

How many clients can I sponsor?

There is no limit. Each sponsor subscription includes unlimited client provisioning. Whether you have 5 clients or 500, the price is the same.

Can I sponsor multiple apps?

Yes. Each app is a separate sponsor subscription. You get a unique referral link, dashboard, and business profile for each app you sponsor.

How do my clients know I'm sponsoring them?

Your clients will see that you are the sponsor of their subscription. This reinforces your role as their trusted advisor.

Can clients see my business information?

Yes. Your approved business profile appears as a branded card inside the app for each sponsored client. It includes your business name, tagline, description, contact info, and optionally your license number and photo. Learn more about business profiles →

What data can I see about my clients?

You can see which clients have access, how many properties they have entered, and field-level property changes via the activity feed. You can view client properties in read-only mode. You cannot edit their data. Learn more about client management →

How does the business profile approval work?

When you submit or update your business profile, it goes into a pending state for admin review. Approved profiles go live immediately. If a profile is rejected, you'll see specific feedback on what to change. You can maintain multiple approved versions and switch between them. See the full approval process →

Can I revoke a client's access?

Yes, instantly. From the sponsor dashboard, click the revoke button next to any client. Their access is removed immediately. You can re-grant access later by having them click your referral link again.

Can I charge my clients for access?

No. The sponsor program is designed for providing free access to your clients via your referral link. You cannot charge clients for access to apps you sponsor. If you're interested in charging for access, you would want to purchase a white-label version of the app.

What happens if I cancel my sponsorship?

Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. After it expires, all sponsored client access is automatically revoked — both yours and your clients'. If you or any client wants to continue using the app independently, they would need to purchase their own individual subscription.

Can I purchase a white-label version of an app?

Yes. White-label licensing is available for any app on the platform. You host it on your own servers, maintain it yourself, and modify the code however you like. You can charge users for access and set up your own sponsorship programs. The license does not permit reselling copies of the software. Pricing starts at $10,000. Can my sponsored clients purchase other apps?

Yes. Sponsored clients can purchase any other app on the platform with their own individual subscription. Your sponsorship only covers the specific app(s) you sponsor — other apps are purchased directly from us. We do not offer an affiliate or referral program at this time.
