Resiliency™ Score

One number that captures your property's overall resilience to market changes — weighted by actual expense amounts.

How the Score Works

Each of the 12 resiliency metrics is normalized to a 0–100 sub-score using category-specific targets. These sub-scores are then combined using a weighted average based on actual expense amounts.

  • Cash Flow Resiliency™ gets fixed 15% weight
  • Price + Equity Resiliency™ get combined 15% weight
  • Remaining 70% distributed by actual expense dollars
  • Higher expenses = more weight in the final score

Why This Matters

A single score makes it easy to compare properties and track improvement over time. Properties scoring above 70 are considered "strong," 40–70 is "moderate," and below 40 is "weak."

  • Compare resiliency across your portfolio with one number
  • Track improvement year-over-year
  • Set targets for property improvement projects
