How Growth Tracking Works
Click "Save Snapshot" to record today's portfolio values — property value, total debt, net equity, and monthly cash flow. As you save snapshots over time, the Net Worth Over Time area chart populates automatically, plotting each data point so you can visualize your wealth trajectory.
- Save a snapshot any time — the app will upsert if you save more than once on the same day
- Net Worth Over Time chart: area chart with three series (value, debt, equity) showing the growing gap
- Snapshot History table: review and delete any past snapshot
- Filter by portfolio (requires Portfolio Manager) to track sub-portfolios separately
