Every market is scored across 12 carefully chosen investment factors: population growth, job growth, home price affordability, rent-to-price ratio, vacancy rate, median income, crime rate, landlord friendliness, property tax rate, insurance cost, natural disaster risk, and school quality. Each factor is rated 1-10, giving you a standardized framework for evaluating any market in the country.

Composite Score & Letter Grade
