What Each Step Delivers

Five focused analyses that together give you the full picture.

Step 1: Plain-English Breakdown

Every section of the policy is rewritten in plain English so you actually understand what is covered and what is excluded. Each section gets a status tag: Standard (typical and fair), Worth Noting (not unusual but worth awareness), or Unusual (uncommon language that deserves scrutiny). You see the full policy decoded in minutes instead of hours.

Step 2: Risk Scanner

Every coverage gap is identified and ranked by severity: Critical, High, Medium, or Low. Each risk includes an estimated dollar exposure so you can quantify the downside. The overall Risk Score (1-10) gives you a single number to compare across policies or share with your insurance agent.

Step 3: Obligation Map

Every obligation buried in the policy is extracted and categorized: premium due dates, claim filing deadlines, policy renewal dates, and coverage requirement windows. You get a calendar-ready list of deadlines so you never miss a payment or filing window that could void your coverage.

Step 4: Negotiation Playbook

The top asks are prioritized as Must-Have, Strong, or Nice-to-Have. Each comes with paste-ready language you can send directly to your insurance agent. You walk into renewal conversations with specific, informed requests instead of accepting the first quote.

Step 5: Executive Brief

A one-page summary with a Green / Yellow / Red Light verdict. Designed to share with partners, property managers, or your insurance agent. Includes the key coverage gaps, top asks for renewal, and a clear adequate / needs work / inadequate recommendation.
