  • DP Zone: Breakeven excluding principal, depreciation, and PM
  • Dep Zone: Breakeven excluding depreciation and PM
  • NPM Zone: Self-managed breakeven with depreciation
  • PM Zone: Managed breakeven with all costs
  • Positive Zone: Cash flow surplus above PM breakeven
